Who we are

PartyTail sells pet costumes and pet apparel designed for real pets — with an emphasis on comfort, clear sizing, and occasion-ready style. Our store is powered by Shopify.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must place the order on your behalf.

Products and sizing

Pet costumes vary by size. Product pages include size guidance and measurements. Because pets differ in shape and temperament, fit is not guaranteed solely by breed or weight. Please measure your pet before ordering. Costume photos are for illustration; colours and details may vary slightly between batches.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice before you complete a purchase. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud). Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify’s payment partners.

Shipping

Delivery estimates appear at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the order as delivered to the address you provided. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and exchanges

Because sizing matters for pet costumes, we want exchanges to be straightforward when something does not fit as expected. Please review our Refund Policy before returning an item.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in a way that harms the service, or use our products or brand in a misleading or unlawful manner.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, product imagery, and related materials are owned by PartyTail or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Disclaimer

Our costumes are for pets and are intended for supervised costume wear and photography. Always prioritize your pet’s comfort and safety. Remove any costume if your pet shows distress, restricted movement, or overheating. Products are provided as described; to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties beyond those required by applicable consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartyTail is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
