Refund policy

At PartyTail, fit matters. Pet costumes should be comfortable enough for a photo — and easy to exchange if the size is wrong.

Exchanges for size

If your costume does not fit, contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange for a different size of the same item (subject to availability). Items should be unused, clean, and returned with original packaging where possible.

Returns for refund

We generally offer exchanges first for sizing issues. If an exchange is not possible (for example, the size is out of stock), we may offer store credit or a refund to your original payment method at our discretion.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or refund you, including reasonable return shipping when the issue is our fault.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns of items that are washed, worn beyond a brief fit check, altered, stained, or missing pieces essential to the costume, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return or exchange

• Email partytailhelp@gmail.com with your order number, the item, and whether you need a different size or help with a damaged/incorrect order.
• We will send return instructions. Please do not ship anything back until we confirm.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the exchange, credit, or refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take several business days to post the credit after we process it.

Sale items

Sale and clearance items follow the same exchange guidelines for sizing unless the product page states otherwise.
